I’ve seen a few bloggers do this for whatever reason (maybe accountability) but nonetheless, I enjoy reading them so I thought, “Why not write/publish some of my own?”
1. Get healthy.
Spring is the beginning of all new things. Flowers bloom, the grass is greener, brightness ensues and after a rough start to 2014, I’m taking it in. Saying that, the stress of life has interfered with my goal to be a healthy person. Sure I run, but the eating is out of control.
The goal here isn’t to do this or that to be healthy as much as it is to make healthier choices. I’m no longer going to restrict myself too much, though I want to pick up being vegan again. We’ll see.
2. Connect offline.
Connecting online hasn’t been a problem. I’ve “met” some amazing people, introduced others, overall, expanding my network and set for some upcoming new ventures on that end.
But I have to move offline and go to mixers and mingle with people to make local connections (that social anxiety though. Drink please?). It’ll do me good, just have to put on my big girl panties and do it.
3. Take more photos.
The design portion has been amazing, but the photo part has been lacking (except any projects/work I’ve done on the blog). I miss taking photos not on my phone, so alas, I need to get out there and shoot some things.
4. Dabble in video/vlogging.
Video is a really great way for you to reach your audience, no matter what you do. Saying that, I’ll get over my, “My voice doesn’t sound that great on video,” set up my tripod and figure out what I’m going to do a video on. A recipe? New DIY? Who knows? Either way, you’ll get a kick out of it for whatever reason. :)
